Workshops are facilitated by a licensed therapist and are kept confidential.  All workshops will be held online using a HIPPA-approved platform.

COPE Workshop

Wednesdays 12:00-12:30PM

This workshop will focus on managing the challenges of medical school and health sciences career training. Emphasis will be on managing stress, study skills, and self-regulation.

Avoiding Burnout Workshop

Thursdays 12:00-12:30pm and 6:00-7:00pm (Teams only)

This group focuses on self-care and strategies to combat burnout and compassion fatigue.

Art for Relaxation

Friday 4:00-4:30pm in Classroom 1

Art supplies available for those that want to engage in all forms of expression through creative talents.

QPR Suicide Awareness Gatekeeper Training

The ACHE Wellness Center has been certified to provide training for suicide awareness. Please email the Wellness Center for a time slot. Clubs and academies are welcome
