Shayne Brown is a graduate of the 2020 Master of Science in Biomedicine program at Arkansas Colleges of Health Education, and the recipient of the ACHE Student of the Year. She has since matriculated into ARCOM for her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology at Northeastern State University in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and an associate’s degree in Applied Science at Connors State College, also in Oklahoma. She is the head of a household of five and enjoys spending any spare time she has patronizing her nephews, brother, and mother. She is passionate about addiction recovery and has been selected as a motivational speaker for rehab facilities throughout Oklahoma. Her goal in medicine is to serve women in poverty-stricken and underserved areas as an OB/GYN. She is an avid social justice warrior. If she had spare hours to fill, she would spend them shooting billiards.
