Levi Risley is a retired Captain of the Fort Smith Police Department and worked formerly as the Chief of Police for the Vian Police Department. Risley earned his Associates Degree from Westark Community College, his Bachelor’s Degree from Excelsior College and a Master’s from Webster University. He is a retired member of the United States Air Force, a member of the Fraternal Order of Police and has completed extensive training in criminal investigations, police administration and homeland security. Risley and his wife, Renee, and two daughters live in Van Buren, AR.
