Shannda is a native to the Fort Smith Region and has a passion to serve those in her community, She received her Emergency Medical Technician Certification from Arkansas Tech University, her Associates of Applied Science from Carl Albert State College and her Undergraduate Degree in Healthcare Administration from Northeastern State University. Shannda lives in Lavaca where she is active in her community, serving as a volunteer EMT/Firefighter for Lavaca Fire and Rescue. She also serves in many capacities with the Make-A-Wish Foundation MidSouth Chapter as well as volunteering with the Salvation Army and American Red Cross.
Shannda is married to Billy and they have three daughters, Hope, Taylor and Jayden as well as one grandson, Graesyn. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, serving her church, working in her garden, traveling, running and being a cake baker/decorator.
