Voter Registration
The Higher Education Act of 1998 requires schools that participate in Title IV, HEA funding to make a good faith effort to distribute a mail voter registration form to each student enrolled and physically in attendance at the school.
The Arkansas Colleges of Health Education will send out an annual notice to students about voter registration that only pertains to voter registration. The e-mail will contain the voter registration form and an internet address where that form may be downloaded.
