JoAnn Chandler, a native of Green Bay, Wisconsin, relocated to Fort Smith, Arkansas in 2000 and is deeply committed to the Fort Smith community. She began her career in higher education with the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith in 2003 as a professional academic advisor. In 2011, she became the Advising Coordinator for the College of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, where she remained until joining the ARCOM staff in 2019.
JoAnn resides in Fort Smith with her three elementary-aged boys, where she loves to volunteer with their PTA, and they are all actively involved with Central Christian Church.
